Amino Acids (including BCAAs)
Our bodies use amino acids to make protein, and what do you need when you’re working out? Lots of protein! One group of amino acids are named BCAAs (branched chain amino acids). These amino acids are essential amino acids because they can’t be synthesised by the body and must be obtained from your diet. You can find 2g of BCAAs in each serving of this pre workout.
L-glutamine occurs naturally in protein and gets to work in the body rebuilding muscles. Each serving of Performance Pre-Workout packs in 2g of L-glutamine.
Caffeine & Taurine
Caffeine and taurine have been added to perk you up before your workout, so you have more energy during your training.
