Brazil nuts contain an excellent source of fibre, selenium, potassium, zinc, and copper. In fact. Zinc, Selenium and Copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the normal functioning of the immune system, whilst Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
