You’ll also be getting the best value with savings up to 45% off on your favourite products, and free delivery on the orders over £10.
Getting started is easy. Just choose the subscribe & save option on the product page, select how often you would like delivery and then proceed to your basket like usual.

How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save and what happens after?
It’s simple to subscribe to a product; on the product page, select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, then choose the delivery frequency you prefer. Then click 'add subscription' and it will be added to your basket like a normal order.
After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details, and then you will be able to see your subscription details in the account area on the website too. You can also change any details to your subscription in the account area if required.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Changing your subscription is easy, simply log in to your H&B account and select ‘Subscribe & Save' here you can see your upcoming deliveries and also skip, edit or cancel your subscription.

What is Subscribe & Save and what are the benefits?
Our Subscribe & Save service means you will never be without your favourite wellness products, you control the frequency of deliveries, perhaps it’s shampoo you need every month, or vitamins you need every 3 months. To make sure you get the best price, you’ll get up to 45% off* every time, we also offer free delivery on every subscribe & save order over £10.
Can I use my Rewards for Life coupon as payment towards to my Subscribe & Save purchase and can I collect points?
You will still collect 4 points for every £1 spent, the same as usual orders.
You can use your 'Rewards for Life' coupons as payment towards your first Subscribe & Save order, but unfortunately any later Subscribe & Save orders cannot use 'Rewards for Life' coupons.
How do I amend my order or skip a delivery for my Subscribe & Save order?
Changing your subscription is easy, simply log in to your H&B account and select ‘Subscribe & Save’ here you can see your upcoming deliveries and also skip, edit or cancel your subscription.
Note: Please ensure you are logged into your account the subscription is registered against.
How to cancel your Subscribe & Save order for an item
Log in to your H&B account on the website or app, and select ‘Subscribe & Save’ in your account area, here you can see your upcoming deliveries and also skip, edit or cancel your subscription.
When you cancel an item, it will be removed from your next delivery and you will not be charged, this takes 24 hours to update once requested. You will then receive an email to confirm your changes.
Can I add a product to my Subscribe & Save?
Yes! You can combine multiple products into your Subscribe & Save deliveries. To do this you can subscribe to the product you would like to add in the usual way from the product page.
If you’d like all your Subscribe & Save products to be delivered at the same time then follow these steps;
Make sure you are logged into your account and go to ‘Subscribe & Save’, here you will see ‘Next order placed on’ option, click the button that says ‘change’, select the date you’d like to process your order. Amend this to the same date for all your products and they will all arrive in the same delivery.
